The sharply lobed leaves and red petioles of this philodendron give it an exotic appeal. Its mystique is only furthered by the difficulty in finding any credible information about its species on the internet. Is it a P. squamiferum or a P. pedatum? Maybe a P. ‘Florida? It will never tell you.
